Surf course for Teenagers or Adults

The most effective method for discovering or starting to improve your surfing on the beaches of Seignosse. We strongly recommend the surfing course for teenagers or adults because they allow our instructors to give you a better monitoring (follow-up and advice over several lessons) and to have better homogeneity within the group of students. It's the best way to learn how to surf, with a follow-up of your progress throughout the week.

TEACHING PROGRAM

The main goal is to discover and learn how to surf safely. Custom instructions will be given to help you progress and have fun regardless of your level. Suitable for beginners and intermediates. We can surf offshore if conditions allow.

Discovering a surf zone (choose a suitable surf spot).
Learning how to choose waves adapted to surfing.
Discovering the safety rules of surfing and the actions to take with a surfboard.
Starting to learn how to choose the right waves to surf.
Being able to slide in a prone position with control on a surfboard.
Standing up on your board and surfing in the shore zones.
Learning the right actions with a surfboard.
The first sensations of gliding will quickly be there.

2-day surfing course : 70€

3-day surfing course : 100€

4-day surfing course : 130€

5-day surfing course : 150€

6-day surfing course : 180€

LESSON SCHEDULE

The students arrive at the surf cabin.
Selection of equipment (wetsuits and boards) adapted to the surf conditions and each person's level.
Definition of the most suitable spot according to the swell, tides, and sandbanks.
Specific warm-up to awaken the muscles and joints used during the session.
Going into the water with personalized and adapted advice for each person.
Return to the surf school and debriefing.

1.5 hours of surfing (equipment and insurance included).
Meeting 15 minutes before the lesson at the school on the beach of l'Agréou in Seignosse, le Penon.
The schedule will be set according to sea conditions.
Safety and quality of the waves are our priorities.
Maximum of 8 students per instructor.
Suitable for beginners or intermediates.
